A seasonal staple of The Butcher’s Pies, this pork tourtière is our take on the classic Québécois pie and inspired by the particularly wonderful Au Pied de Cochon version. Slice into the golden shell of house puff pastry and you will find a cozying mix of ground pork, confit shanks, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and potatoes, all irresistibly flavoured with warm spices and wine.
