Cooking Instructions for Beef Wellington

Our recommended guidelines for cooking a medium rare steak, keeping in mind that ovens do vary.

     Cooking time from frozen:                    Cooking time from fresh:

     60 minutes for 2-person serving           40 minutes for 2-person serving

     75 minutes for 4-person serving           55 minutes for 4-person serving

     90 minutes for 6-person serving           70 minutes for 6-person serving

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pull from the oven when the pastry is golden and the internal temperature of the steak is 115°F (46°C). Finally, let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
