Paté en Croute

The paté en croute is truly the high art of charcuterie. The delectable centrepiece of a festive board, or a savoury start to a celebratory meal, our house-made version is a combination of local, pasture-raised pork and free-range chicken livers flavoured with market products in the spirit of the season, and enveloped in a specialized crust.
