Porchetta and Bolognese Dinner

 Cooking Guidelines

All ovens vary

Remove all plastic lids

 Boil medium pot of water

 Salads just need to be dressed

 Bolognese can be heated up in a small pot or pan

(Already cooked through just needs to be heated)

 Warm up Porchetta slices in an oven at 375 for 15 mins

Boil gnocchi until it floats. Then drain

 Enjoy!

 

Chicken Parmigiana Dinner 

Cooking instructions

 All ovens vary, here are some guidelines for preparing your meal  

 Preheat oven to 375

 Baked ziti will take the longest to heat through and should take 20mins

 Chicken has been cooked all the way through and requires only a reheat. Should only require 15mins

 

Roast Beef Dinner

 All ovens vary, but here are some guidelines for preparing your meal

Preheat oven to 375

 Remove all plastic lids

 Soup – combine noodles and liquid and heat throughout

 Potatoes are already blanched but require about 20mins to bake

 Both the carrots and sunchokes only require about 10mins in the oven (until you are happy with them)

 Roast beef is blue rare and is recommended to be heated in a pan until the preferred doneness

 

 

Striploin Steak Roulade and Chicken Adobo

All ovens vary but here are some cooking instructions to help prepare your meal

 Preheat oven to 425

 Remove  plastic lids from all containers

 For pork skewers brush with glaze cook for 12-18mins. Brushing with glaze 3 times throughout

Warm rice dish In the oven (approx 10mins)

 Green beans and Chinese broccoli are already blanched and also need only 15 mins to warm through.

 For steak:

In a medium-high pre heated pan, seared steak roulades on each side for 30 seconds-1  minute (depending on desired doneness – will not take long)

 For Adobo (chicken is already cooked through) 

place tray in oven and cook for 15mins until warm throughout

Meatball Dinner cooking instructions 

 All ovens vary but here are some guidelines for preparing your meatball dinner:

 

Preheat oven to 375

Remove lids from all metal trays 

Meatball tray only needs to be heated up

(Meatballs are cooked all the way through)

Just add cheese and heat in the oven for 30mins or until heated through 

Broccoli has been blanched and just needs about 15/20mins in the oven to get crispy 

We suggest serving the couscous salad warm 

Place in the oven for 5 mins 

Arugula salad is ready to eat (just add dressing and tods)

Mothers Day Menu cooking instructions 

Cooking your lemon rubbed flattened chicken!

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Place chicken breast side down on a baking sheet or roasting pan

Cook for 45 minutes

Flip chicken to breast side up and cook for additional 15 minutes to crisp up skin

Chicken is ready when internal temperature reads 165 in the thickest part of the breast.

Rest for 10 mins before cutting

For asparagus, simply warm in a pan with butter (already blanched/par cooked) 

 


Ramen cooking instructions:

Cook noodles and heat broth separately

Noodles:

In a large pot bring 4cups of water to a boil

Add 1 tbsp of salt

When water has reached a rolling boil add noodles, stirring  to separate

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender

Strain and reserve in a soup bowl

Broth:

In separate pot, simply pour in ramen broth and bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer. 

Add pork belly and allow to heat thoroughly for 2-3minutes 

Add all other accoutrements

To serve, pour contents of broth pot over noodles and stir to distribute evenly

Pot pie cooking instructions 

The cooking instructions are - preheat your oven to 350, bake pie from frozen for 60 - 85 min depending on the oven strength.  When the pastry is golden and the pie filling g is bubbly pull from oven. Let stand for 10 min before cutting.  Enjoy!

Beef Wellington

To cook the Wellington. Set oven at 350 to 375 depending on the strength of your oven.  Cooking time from frozen is 45 min to 65min. When pastry is golden and the internal temp of the steak is 115 for medium rare. Let rest for 15 min before cutting. 

 

Steak Tartare and Bone Marrow

Bone Marrow

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Place marrow bones, cut side up on a pan or cooking tray (use a salt bed or piece of tinfoil to prop up)

Roast for 15-20mins, until marrow is falling away from bone but not quite melted. (Fat will turn translucent with gelatinous consistency)

it’s ready to enjoy!

Tartare

Steak is ready to be cut (into small cubes)

Pro Tip - place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up steak and make it easier to cut

In a bowl gently mix all ingredients combining to taste.

Remember - BJ says - you can always add more seasoning but it’s hard to take it away.
